YOU SHOULD USE

  • 4 pieces of hot-smoked salmon
  • 1 tray mixed salad
  • 125 g of blackberry

BAG GOLDEN SEEDS

  • 1 kg of carrots
  • 2 tablespoons. olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons. poppy seed
  • salt

HONEY DRESSING

  • 2 tablespoons. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • salt and freshly squeezed pepper




FOR SERVER

  • 1 bread

Recipe – you make salmon salad with carrots and blackberry

1. BACK GOLDEN SEEDS:

Switch on the oven at 180 °. Scrub or peel carrots and cut them half or quarter lengthwise. Distribute them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and turn them with oil, birch and salt. Pour the carrots in the oven for 35 minutes until they are light golden.

2. HONEY DRESSING:

Stir all ingredients together.

3. Rinse and dry the salad;

turn it together with the honey dress and spread it on a dish. Distribute hot smoked salmon, baked carrots and rinsed blackberry and serve with bread.

TIP: The salad can also be made without salmon and is served as an accompaniment to everything, from chicken to falafler.
