Tim Bergling, known as DJ, musician, and producer under the artist name Avicii, has been found dead. According to the Swedish newspaper Dagens Nyheter, his pr-manager stated.
– It is very sad to announce that Tim Bergling, known as the artist Avicii, is dead. He was found in Muscat, Oman and was found dead Friday afternoon local time, writes DJ’s press contact Ebba Lindqvist in a statement according to the newspaper.

The world-renowned musician and DJ became 28 years old.
He broke through in 2011 with the single “Levels” and has released two albums. The first, “True”, came in 2013, while “Stories” came in 2015. He has also had two major world tours in the wake of the two albums.
Among his biggest hits, beyond “Levels” are mentioned “Hey Brother” and “Wake Me Up”, both of which peaked the charts in several countries.
