Hale and Smith are working together on the forthcoming CW series Life Sentence, where she plays the business lead character and he includes a recurring role. The brand new romance employs her split from long-period boyfriend Anthony Kalabretta.
Kalabretta and hale, a DJ and music maker, met in 2015 through mutual friends, but through the years their relationship withstood lots of rumors of them splitting up. Back 2016, US Weekly reported that both had split up, though Hale was quick to deny the rumor. Smith takes on her oncologist, Dr. Can Grant, who includes a “soft-spot for his individuals.” According to Deadline, he includes a passionate spark with Stella, which is definitely problematic since she already includes a spouse, Wes, performed by Elliot Knight – a guy she wedded “on a whim” when she believed she was dying. Drama!
Though Smith’s character doesn’t help to make an appearance in the state Initial Look Trailer for the series, it’s is obvious that there may be trouble coming for Stella and Wes whatever the doctor’s involvement. They are half a year into their relationship and there are lots of secrets West offers been keeping from his wife – like his emotions about Love In fact and his desire to include some kinky elements with their sex life.
Smith was in an image Hale posted of the cast on Instagram in December. The picture was the Life Sentence cast with the caption, “This group of amazing humans and I simply had our last desk read for the season among Life Sentence. I’m therefore excited to expose you to the world we’ve been creating these last six months.”
Before his role in Lifestyle Sentence, Smith had roles in several tv series including Frequency, Nashville, and True Blood. He was also in movies like Not really Another Teen Film and Radio.
